Christmas 2015!!

HI FRIENDS I'M BACK. Clearly i've been really busy cause of Christmas and Christmas busking!! So yeap i finally have time to blog YAYY. Shall blog about Christmas and Christmas Eve first :)

24th December

Had prac at 1 and it was the v last prac before Christmas busking!! :) Hehe it was damn fun but also tiring! We ended at like 3.30 and i had to meet a buyer at 4! So it took me awhile to get ready to meet Andy for dinner haha met him at 6+ eventually. Yay we were so happy to see each other :D #clingy

He suggested we go to some restaurant at Haji Lane which apparently sells good burgers and isn't too expensive!! So yeap we went there :) It's called "Bergs" can you see the sign??

CUTE BOY. Haha we both wore red LOL kinda embarrassing. At first we thought it would be a good idea cause during Christmas two years ago he wore red and i wore blue so we looked totally mismatched :P Haha but that was at Orchard and we were around Bugis soooo it was kinda embarrassing to look so festive -.-

THE BURGERS WERE SO GOOD!! Really liked mine HEHE. It's like grilled chicken with sweet chili and some other sauce which made it super yummy can't rmb :P Hehe so we exchanged presents here!! HE GOT ME A WATCH AWW. I've been wearing the same Baby-G watch for like forever LOL so yeap really glad that he chose to get me a new one :) And i got lazy haha so i just bought him a shirt which he didn't buy previously cause it was too ex but i knew he still wanted it so why not hehehe.

Haha we had no other plans lol but i had to go Bugis to buy smth so we went there!! I was getting last min Christmas presents for my family haha. After that we just walked around then we felt tired so i got Boost and we just chilled :D then we decided to go back to his house cause there was nothing left to do haha but we took some pics before leaving :)

Haven't worn this dress in forever and i felt kinda self-conscious cause it's quite low-cut and the centre is quite short?? SO YEAHH. Haha i should sell it off soon :P

YAY so we went back to his house for awhile then his dad sent me home as usual! :) Really must thank his dad properly someday for always sending me home haha.

SO HERE'S THE WATCH HE GOT ME. It's so pretty hehehe. AND IT GOES WELL WITH MY SKIN TONE YAY. I'm getting used to it alr haha. Even though it shows roman numbers instead of just "1 2 3" and so on.... :P  So yeap that's Christmas Eve! :)

25th December

At midnight my siblings and i opened our presents!! :) my mom got me an Apple watch :O And i just told her that Andy got me a watch too LOL. Haha she was really chill about it she said i can just wear Andy's watch first and save the Apple watch for next time :P Then she bought both my siblings a new iPad mini :O Haha i cannot sia. 

So many presents but only a few are for us HAHAHA

My bro pranked my sis and i LOL. He pretended that he got us presents actually he just wrapped random stuff in our house -.- Then he gave us smth else and said "here's the real present" but it was still smth nonsensical?! LOLOL. I have to admit it was really damn funny though HAHAHA. My mom video-ed the whole thing but i'm too lazy to upload it :P

Then in the morning i met some of my section mates cause we had to help Jasmine catch up!! We really hardcore for going back to sch on Christmas day haha but Jasmine was away the entire time so she really needed help!! So yeap we just taught her the choreo and stuff :) Hehe so happy that she wants to perform for Christmas busking! Some people just gave up and decided not to perform just cause they missed most of the pracs :/

So right after we were done i met Andy for lunch :D We wanted to meet for lunch before going to my cousin's house to help prepare food for Christmas dinner!

Again i didn't want to spend too much haha so we ate at Astons :D YAY HE WORE THE SHIRT I BOUGHT FOR HIM. It looks so good on him (thumbs up)

Then we headed to Orchard cause we wanted to buy Christmas pudding to bring to dinner and i wanted to get a pair of denim shorts for busking!! Yeap so we did those then went to take pics with the ION Christmas tree hehe. Btw we bought the Christmas pudding at Marks & Spencer and it was pretty ex for a small pudding :O Haha but better than nothing so we got it anyway :)

So then we slowly made our way to my cousin's house!! Their house was a bit hard to find but Andy got it settled as usual haha. We got there and realised that they were almost done?! LOLOL. So we weren't really needed hahaha. Sooo we just chilled at the living room and watched Star Wars :D Like the v first Star Wars movie hehe. It was damn boring omg i died. HAHAHA i can't believe people could sit through 2 hours of that back in 1977. I kept asking Andy to explain what was happening cause it was too boring for me to listen properly oops. My aunt came home halfway and then there was stuff to help out with hehe. We helped her wrap presents and prepare more food!! :) While watching Star Wars lol :P

YAY smoked salmon with sour cream and caviar!! SO YUMMY.

Changed into my biz shirt so i could feel more comfortable & so my other shirt won't get dirty haha

YAY MIN IS BACK AGAIN :)

Hehe at 6ish my family came and after awhile everyone arrived! :)

For once there was quite little food haha. But i still really enjoyed the dinner!! ;) All the 'kids' say at the separate table on the left hehe. I was glad we could avoid all the adult talk and random socialising :P

Then it was time for all of us to open our presents!! :) Hehe we all got smth yay! Even Andy got two presents haha. I feel bad cause we didn't help our mom choose presents for everyone haha. She had to shop for presents and write "From: Sophia, Sylvia and Brendan" as if we helped choose it lol :P Haha cause the last time we celebrated Christmas tgt like this was really long ago so ya i kind of didn't think of getting presents haha. So yeap next year we will help too!! :)

I LOVE MY PRESENTS HEHE. My second cousin got me a frog mat?! Cause he's been calling me "froggerphia" for the longest time so ya every year he gets my frog stuff HAHAHA. LOL CAN'T STAND IT. But it's damn funny :P

Another pic of all of us :) Haha my older cousin look damn stone LOL. So yeap we went home at 11ish :) Forgot to mention that after and before dinner we played taidi!! It was very fun haha i seriously love taidi sia but too bad i'm not a pro at it despite how often i play :P Hehe so glad that we got to spend quality time tgt and that Andy could be a part of it!! :) I feel like he's so integrated into my family alr haha i just hope that he can gradually became even more comfortable with everyone! :)

Alright that's all for now!! I shall start blogging about busking tmr haha. OH BTW, I'M MOVING LOL. I'm moving tmr?! HAHAHA LIKE THE 30TH. I didn't even know that until recently :O I thought we were only moving in Feb!! So yeahh. My mom rented another place AGAIN zz so we're only gonna stay there for a year then move to a permanent place. I was thinking why not just stay here for a year then move straight to a new house lol but my mom wants more rooms? So yeahh. Ah well i hate moving but clearly i have no say in this haha. It's like you become attached to a place then you have to leave and get used to somewhere else and call somewhere else your home :/ Oh well but i guess i should be used to it by now since i've moved so many times -.- This will be my 4th time moving?! ZZZ. Haha okay shouldn't complain!! At least we'll all have more space and hopefully i'll have more privacy cause my siblings can put their stuff in their own rooms so they won't have to keep barging into my room :P And i'll have a cosier room which isn't so creepy at night :P HAHA YEAP. I'LL FOCUS ON THE GOOD (muscle arm).

Hehe kay shall go now!! :) The exciting Christmas period is kind of over but i still have a reason to be happy everyday cause of how blessed i am!! Haha just felt like saying that. Alright cya soon!

Gardens by the Bay + Reunion with the weirdos

HI THERE :D Yay blogging again! I'm in a v good mood all of a sudden hahaha. Maybe cause prac just now was really fun :P Anyway i shall blog about last Sunday and ytd!! :)

20th December

So that day we finally went to Gardens by the Bay!! :) We planned to go for quite awhile hehe so i was quite excited. Unfortunately the day didn't really go as planned but you should never really expect things to be perfect cause they usually won't be haha. And that's really fine! Soo met him at his house first and before going to GTBT we had lunch with Terence and Kahyen! :) His bro and his bro's gf haha

YAY ITACHO. I paid for Andy cause i owed him money and he paid for the both of them haha. He treated them to celebrate the end of their major exams! :)

YAY. I forgot where we took this haha. Before leaving he looked at clothes for awhile!! Hehe then we took train to Bayfront :)

The plan was to visit the Flower Dome then go for dinner and go back to see Christmas Wonderland in the evening :) So we got there and saw that there was some exhibition! Didn't have tickets but you could just grab them from the counter haha and they were free :D It's for the exhibition "The Future of Us"! It's about like the future of Singapore and what we can potentially achieve!!

I was quite fascinated by it!! I like how the way they organised the entire exhibition and how made it as engaging as possible hehe.

This part was really cool!! It's how Singapore is supposed to look like in the future. I kind of worry that we won't have enough resources by then though LOL. Idk haha this seems too idealistic to really be achieved but then again back then everything now seemed impossible!

Yay then at the last part we could write our dreams for Singapore!! I just came up with this randomly didn't really know what to write haha but this is like my hope for the world in general :P Andy's was "hehe haha is anyone seeing this :P" LOLOL. I honestly thought he was gonna write smth serious hahaha but he decided to be his weird self HAHA.

Then we made our way to the Flower Dome!!

We got 40% off cause we had tix to "the future of us" hehe so we only paid $7+ each compared to the usual $12! I wanted to go the the flower dome cause they had a special Christmas Toyland exhibition! Read an article about it hehe.

YAY so stepped in and this was the first thing we saw! :) They really tried their best to make it look as Christmassy as possible!!

What disappointed us the most was that the place was way too crowded :( So like no mood and no time to appreciate the displays.... Like we couldn't even stop to take a pic and some points cause there were too many people and if you suddenly stopped you'd be blocking the way and stuff :P So ya oh well.

And second thing is that look at the flowers?! :( They never maintain the place sia like 50% of the flowers there are withering :P Kinda sad cause it's called the "Flower Dome" but the flowers aren't even alive :O

I really liked the toy decorations though!! :)

Haha so we got quite sad cause the place was a little disappointed but it's okay i guess haha. So afterwards we went to find a place to have dinner! :) Wanted to avoid the dinner crowd but it was still damn crowded?! :(

We actually wanted to have macs haha cause it's cheap and all but the queue was damn long :O Eventually we settled for western food! The food was so pricey :( But it was too troublesome to go elsewhere so we just ate there lah haha.

Sweet and sour chicken + butter rice!! So not worth $12 haha but it was decent i suppose.

Yay then we decided not to just sit around and wait for it to get dark so we started walking around :) The place really has Christmas feels sia but it was just too crowded haha.

Then we went to the photobooth!! :) SO FUN HEHE. Honestly the last pic was supposed to diff (we kinda planned our poses before going) but we mssed up HAHAHA. But i still love it!! :)

YAY then it got darker. Went here and found a comfortable place to sit while waiting for the show to start :)

Said this before but i shall say it again: Andy is weird HAHA

SOOO PRETTY. I couldn't stop taking pics of it it's gorgeous!! Haha but it looks better in rl so if you haven't seen it must go :D

Then we left!! This was when shit happened lol but it's okay we're both over it!! So yeah i'm not gonna say what happened but it was actually nothing much lah. We just kinda blew things out of proportion but i'm just glad that all is well now :) Not gonna let one quarrel put a dent in our relationship!! :)

20th December

So Andy booked in in the morning and i met Pearl and Sotong!! FINALLY MET SOTONG AFTER AGES OMG. The last time i saw her was in May?! LOL. Anyway i met Pearl first to go Christmas shopping!! Didn't really buy gifts this year because i'm broke but i had to buy stuff for my family and my giftees!! I have 3 giftees omg cause 3 groups of people are playing secret santa this year :P

Almost got the buy 2 get 1 free offer from Lovisa but in the end i got my gifts elsewhere haha. THE EARRINGS SO CUTE THOUGH HEHE. Pearl spent $280 on a present hahaha she said she can just eat grass for the rest of the month now :P

Btw she came damn late haha LOL idk whether to be angry or amused :P She reached at 4 when we were supposed to meet at 2 but i was expecting maybe she'd come at 3?? HAHAHA oh well. Still had fun yay haven't seen her since we dyed our hair tgt!

Then finally met Sotong during dinner!! Ate at 18 Chefs cause as i mentioned i am broke haha. It was a simple dinner but enjoyable!! :) Left ASAP so we could go to my house to fulfill the tradition of playing taidi whenever we meet :D

So my siblings took turns to play!! It was damn fun sia omg i feel like playing taidi and bridge again! HEHE SO GLAD THAT WE WERE REUNITED :) After all these years we are still annoying one another YAY :D

THIS IS FUNNY. SOO her dad picked her up at 11.45pm!! It felt so short though :( Even though we actually played for quite long haha. Pearl almost wanted to leave at 12 but like too late alr :P Hehe we'll be reunited again next year!! Hopefully it won't be like next March or smth LOL.

Alright that's about all!! Today was pretty chill i woke up damn late haha but prac was only at 7.30 so yeah :) Met my section at 5pm to buy Christmas headgear then we went for dinner! We had soo much time haha. So yeah as i mentioned, prac was really fun!! We worked on choreo today and some technical stuff and somehow i really enjoyed myself haha. Looking forward to busking even more now! :) Hehe looking forward to Christmas Eve and Christmas too! My family's gonna have dinner tgt on Christmas yay so nice! Idk when was the last time we spent Christmas tgt like that haha. And Andy's going yay even better!! So ya looking forward to all that :) I shall go now then. Will probably blog again soon :)
