two happy days

HELLOOO. Gonna talk about the past two days rather briefly! THEY'VE BEEN FUN HEHE. But i'm a bit tired haha so trying to make it quick :P

27th February 

Didn't go to work haha my mom signed me up for some exercise thing together with her and her friend!! So since i haven't been to the gym in super long i decided to just go hehe. It was somewhere in Dempsey!! Only 3 of us were in that class haha. It's quite a cool place and the gist of it is that you use some vibrating machine to 'awaken' (sorry dk how to describe) your muscles or smth haha it's supposed to be damn good for toning. And when you do movements while using it it's triples it's effectiveness! The machine is damn cool haha will take a pic of it the next time i go! Lol at first it seemed easy cause we were just doing stretching, then we moved on to the push-ups and stuff and omg i died hahaha. IT WAS DAMN TIRING :O My mom and her friend were damn tired too haha it was super funny :P Hopefully we'll get better soon haha. But yeah the whole thing was only about 25 mins but it was sooo exhausting :O So this is how difficult it is to really lose weight haha. So yeap then we went for lunch! :)

Went to Domes and all we ordered were sandwiches and a beef pie haha. Didn't feel like eating too much :P Okay but it was enough! :)

Haha then after going back home i went out to meet a buyer and it's so cool that she's also from SA!! Cause she was in half u haha so i faster asked her if she's from SA. She wished me good luck for A level results haha so nice!! Sooo went back home and went out at about 6pm to grab dinner and pick Andy up from pasir ris!! The plan was for me to pick him up while his friends prepare to cake at home haha. Guess what i arrived damn early hahaha so i waited for almost 50 mins? But it was okay lah haha. Walked to some other place to find him and there were so many army boys :O Saw a few of his section mates who were teasing him haha oopsss. Yeap so we went to Lavender by train!!

I kept stopping after we alighted cause Joy said they weren't ready haha. He didn't suspect a thing!! SO BLUR OMG. Hehe so once he entered he saw a cake and asked his dad "what's going on" and his dad just said "nothing" HAHAHA. KINDA FUNNY. Then Joy and Gilbert popped out and started singing Happy Birthday!! YAYYY :) He was genuinely surprised haha. Oh and Ken and Wei Lin didn't manage to make it haha so i'm really happy that it was still fun :)

Haha so he went to shower and we helped cut the cake!! :) IT WAS PRETTY GOOD HEHE. Then we just sat down and ate slowly while chatting!! :) They were mainly talking about army hahaha. 

Then we heard some noises and when we went out we saw fireworks!! SO COOL IDK WHAT WAS THE OCCASION. We totally planned it for Andy hahaha.

AND FINAL PIC BEFORE WE LEFT :) It was 10+ by then haha so nice that they decided to stay till that late! :) I was kinda worried when he said he was only booking out at 7pm haha but yay we still managed to surprise him :) SO YEAP IT WAS A LOVELY NIGHT!! His dad sent me home haha so nice! :) And clearly i was too tired to blog so i just watched the last two eps of my show hehehe. That's all for ytd then! :)

28th February

A lovely Saturday hehe. Went to Andy's house at about 10+ close to 11am, waited for him to change then we went out for lunch! :) He wanted Itacho but i said to save it for tmr haha so yeap we chose Yellow Submarine!! It sucks cause i've been having a bad throat but i was realllyyy craving for cheese fries so i just went ahead and ate it haha. I KINDA REGRET :/ But it can't be undone haha oh well.

Attempted to wear matching colours haha he insists his shirt it's mint but it is clearly blue... -.- Haha but still they're both light colours lah so i guess we kinda matched? :)

My beef burger/sandwich!! It was really yummy haha but not that filling :P 

And our cheese fries hehehe. SO SINFUL BUT GOOD :O I know that don't look that appetising but they're actually not bad hehe.

Haha then we walked around and tried to find a present for my brother!! Couldn't find anything in Bugis so we headed to Dhoby :) Looked at some games and eventually found smth hehehe. But we didn't know that it's an old game :P Haha at least he's never played it before so it's still new to him!! Hehe and i realised that i still haven't tried MILKCOW sooo we went to The Cathay :) Inevitable saw a few SA people there but it wasn't v awkward haha. I just asked the cashier what she recommends and chose one of it! :)

IT WAS SERIOUSLY NOT BAD. Haha i was satisfied hehe. Although it didn't help my throat but at that point it didn't feel so bad :P Can't say the same for now hahaha sian. 

GUESS WHAT. We ran into them otw back to Plaza Sing!! We were trying to cross the road from opposite sides haha. Such a pleasant surprise! :) I REALLY LIKE THIS PIC :O Like it's so nice!! Hahaha probably thanks to good lighting and a good photographer :D 

At this point my feet were killing me not to mention i was aching all over from the ytd's exercises haha. SO WEAK. I couldn't walk properly cause of the ache :P Haha so we went back to my house first so i could change into a diff pait of shoes! And then we chilled for awhile before going back out to meet Andy's friends (Nicky and Wai Han!!).

It was my first time meeting Nicky! He's quite nice haha. Waited for them at Mos Burger and after they arrived we walked to SAFRA! They wanted to play pool haha i just tagged along even though i have no idea how to play :P But they taught me roughly how to play and it was actually quite fun!! :)

 OUR POOL TABLE. Haha we took turns to team up and the only time i lost was when i teamed up with Andy hahaha :P We suck omg. Obviously i'm worse but it's so funny cause he kept making the ball fly across the table haha. IDK HOW HE DID IT :P So yeap it was a fun experience!! :) (even though i'm very noob haha)

Then my mom said there's pizza so i went home for dinner!! :) OMG FRIES + ICE-CREAM + PIZZA ALL IN ONE DAY :O On the day when i'm having a sore throat!! GOOD JOB SOPHIA..... Haha no wonder i sound crappy now. Gonna take medicine soon and if it doesn't get better i might see a doctor haha. OH WELL. Okay shall not even anything heaty and harmful to my throat till it recoevers. YEAP. 

Hehe anywayyy it's Andy's and my brother's birthday tmr!! :) I'M QUITE EXCITED HEHE. I HOPE THEY BOTH HAVE A NICE BIRTHDAY :)) My brother kinda celebrated his today alr! With a super cool cake haha too bad i wasn't there to see it for myself! He went to Snow City with his friends :) Haha so yeap, will try my best to blog tmr!! Cause idw to blog on 2nd March cause chances are i won't be in the mood to blog :( OH WELL. No point worrying lah haha. HEHE CYA THEN!!

Hi!! Haha the title is to remind myself that although it may seem that my life is v mundane and lame i am actually SUPER BLESSED :) Why focus on 2 unhappy things when you can focus on 20 happy things!! :) Okay sorry if i sounds v childish haha :P SOOOO haven't blogged in awhile haha but there isn't much for me to blog about anyway so that's okay!! :) Hehe shall post pics from the other day at my aunt's house!! Didn't do much besides work and have dinner at my aunt's house!! HAHA IT WAS PRETTY FUN :)

OUR FAMILY DRESS CODE HEHEHE. This isn't the best pic we took haha but i'm too lazy to ask my mom for them so i'll post them another time!! :) Haha inspired by Grace's family pic on IG :P My mom suggested this after i showed her their family pic hahaha.

By the time we got there there were a lot of people alr!! :) Like a lot of our relatives haha So yeah it was really lively! The dinner was organised for a few reasons i think. 1) CNY 2) My cousin's bday 3) Min's sort of farewell!

24th February

The next day was just spent working and meeting a buyer afterwards!! Haha time passed rather quickly at work as usual :) But it sucked cause on Monday and Tuesday i barely got to talk to Andy so i felt particularly lonely and sad haha. Like we couldn't talk on the phone at all so we just sent each other messages in the morning. Oh well guess i have to accept it cause when he's in field camp it'll be 5 days of ZERO CONTACT :(( And worse i'll be in London!! So it's even more difficult to talk :( UGH LIFE. Haha but can't wait to get through it and feel super proud of us!! :) 

25th February

This day was better cause i met Nic after work!! To have dinner and do some shopping haha. But i suggested it cause i was meeting a buyer at Orchard anyway haha. So yeap my dad drove me there and shortly after Nic arrived!! We were hungry haha so we quickly went to the food court to find food!!

YAY BEEF KUAY TEOW :)) WE BOTH INSTANTLY THOUGHT OF THIS HAHA. Hehe and she told me more about her super interesting life ;) 

Then we started shopping :) Visited Topshop and some other places!! Ended up at Orchard Gateway to look at the blogshop shop hehe. IT WAS FUN :D Although i was worried about staying out too late but it wasn't even that late lah haha.

So was a pretty good day! :) Got to talk to Andy too haha. Like properly after so long :O Just ended up talking while i was still on the bus just to make the most out of every minute haha. IT WAS NICE :)) So yeap today i just went for work as usual haha. Just super excited for tmr!! :) Even though Andy's gonna be booking out pretty late but i guess it's alright haha. Idm staying out for awhile!! :) Haha and i'm not gonna be working tmr lol...super slack?? :P  Haha but that'll give me some time to rest, meet buyers and finally EXERCISE. SO YEAP I KNOW I WON'T REGRET IT :) Haha okay sorry for being so long-winded i know this is kinda boring :P Hehe i shall watch shows or smth now. CYA THEN! :)

CNY DAY 3 & 4

HELLO AGAIN. Yay time to blog about the past two days!! Haha i wanted to blog last night but i was wayyy too tired so i just went to sleep :P OKAY HERE GOES :)

21st February

Didn't go visiting or anything in the morning but in the afternoon i went to a relative's house for lunch!! Haha it was a small gathering :)

MY BROTHER WITH THEIR DOG MISTY. She's 14 years old :O AND STILL DAMN CUTE HAHA. She doesn't look that old right hehe so adorable :)

And by the time we arrived almost everyone had their lunch alr haha so we just lo hei-ed then we ate by ourselves!! My sis couldn't go cause she wasn't feeling well :/

Then i went to Andy's house to see how he was doing cause in the morning he suddenly discovered rashes all over his body!! And he was supposed to meet his friends but decided not to :/ He took some medicine though and by the time i reached most of the rashes were gone!! So he could still go out and meet the drama people :) Thank goodness haha.

Didn't have that much time haha but we managed to watch The Flash yayyy. Then i waited for him to get ready which took awhile as usual...hahaha then when we were in the lift alr he suddenly wanted to change -.- Cause he realised he took the wrong shirt (size L instead of M) and he said it's too long so we had to go back up zzzzz. Hahaha then we realised Weiwei and Abi were at Lavender too!! HEHE SO WE WENT TO FIND THEM.

Before we met them haha. I WORE JEANS. I kinda regretted it but nvm lah haha. There isn't a full body pic of me so that's good :P And i wore my new shirt!! I TRADED IT. Haha look at Andy's face on the left...oh and he said his outfit made him look like a malay gangster :P

Then they came and Weiwei suddenly realised that she missed out smth sooo they went back to the army marker haha. And wei xin was waiting for us in town alr so Andy and I decided to just go and find him first!! YEAP HEHE. Wanted to eat at The Sushi Bar at Far East but it was closed :( SO SAD :/

We waited for Weiwei and Abi before deciding where to go! Settled for some Thai restaurant haha (which doesn't exactly sell thai food). Ordered a few dishes to share!! :) THE FOOD WAS NOT BAD. MY TUMMY WAS HAPPY :)

And since Chantelle works in town we decided to pay her a visit! :)

Talked for awhile then left to grab dessert!! We didn't have a lot of options haha and it was quite packed so we ended up buying from a random stall! Cause the desserts looked realllyy goodd. 

YAY THIS IS SO GOOD. Haha after buying this we went to find somewhere to sit and slowly finish it!! :) Then Abi wanted to look at H&M so we just went there haha.

Then Abi had to leave!! And Andy wanted to leave too and send me home but i didn't feel like going hahaha. So i made him stay on :P Hehe we decided to go out!!

Then we sat inside one of the displays/decorations (idk what to call it) hahaha it's like where people sit in ancient times to have tea. And we just started chatting!! IT WAS NICE HEHE. Talked about quite a lot of stuff and halfway we came to the topic of how we got tgt :/ THE MOST AWKWARD TOPIC. But still fun to share i guess!! :) And Weiwei shared a mandarin orange with us haha. 

Yeap then after this Andy sent me home!! He looked like he was dying so okay we left haha. I was supposed to meet my pri sch friends for supper but they were indecisive and stuff and Pearl suddenly wanted to meet Noah so no choice we had to cancel :( I was kinda sad about it cause i haven't seen them in awhile but oh well i couldn't have done anything. At least i got to spend more time out with my drama friends!! :) 

22nd February

Book in day :( Definitely felt the 'book in blues' haha. Hehe but we got to go to The Tiramisu Hero today!! :) I went to his house in the morning and then we went there for lunch :)

Mandatory shot. Haha he ordered the fresh mushroom pasta that i ordered the last time and i tried their aglio olio!!

HEHE HERE IT IS :) IT WAS SOOO YUMMY. A pity i couldn't take a better pic of it haha. The bacon bits look like char siew here :P Haha i finished it damn quickly omg i kinda regret not savouring it slowly!! Yeap then we left in like half an hour or so haha. SUPER FAST.

Sooo went back to his house and at 3pm he went to change!! Damn early lol he was only supposed to reach Pasir Ris at 5 :P Haha but better early than late of course!! So at 3.40pm he left and i made my way to Grace's house :) I started feeling sad again the moment we parted ways omg :O SO EMOTIONAL :/ But now i'm okay i guess haha. It sucked cause Nic suddenly couldn't make it and people weren't v responsive...then Tanny said she was otw and Divya could make it so i was like YAY WE'RE MEETING AFTER ALL :) I'd be so annoyed if another gathering was cancelled omg. 

Haha i took bus 7 to Grace's house and the journey was damn long wts :P Hahaha when i left Divya was like outside her condo alr!! OOPS HAHA. So yeap she was there alr then shortly after Tanny came!! IT WAS SO NICE TO SEE THEM AGAIN :)) Hehe we ate goodies while chatting!! 

Divya had to leave quite early so we quickly took pics!! CREDITS TO GRACE'S MOM :))

Then it was time to eat!! :) THESE CHICKEN WINGS ARE REALLY GOOD. I know they look quite standard/average but they are really quite tasty haha. Thanks Grace for marinating them!! :) Had bee hoon too! :) Then at 6 Div and Tanny left! Tanny had dinner at her ah ma's house haha.

Hehe so i stayed on and we just spent most of our time talking!! :) WE NV GET BORED OF IT HAHA. Like just sitting down and doing nothing but talking! Hehe yeap then at 7+ her family was about to start dinner and they made sushi!! Her mom invited me to stay just to have a few pieces haha. It was hard to refuse although i ate alr :O HAHA NO REGRETS THOUGH. 

Before they started eating!! I replaced her older brother haha so yeap the rest of the family was there and her parents are v v nice :) And her mom kept wanting to give me food haha. But the sushi was really nice!! :)

Yay last pic before i left :) Her dad wrote the dui lian on the wall!! SO NICE RIGHT :O He does calligraphy haha so yeap pretty cool. Anyway it wasn't my intention to wear all black on CNY LOL i wanted to wear my white skirt but i wore it on day 1 alr soooo i was like screw it HAHA.

By then it was 8+ going to 9 so i decided to just cab back hahaha. It's kinda troublesome for me to go home from her house!! Sadly :/ It used to be  a lot more convenient! Oh well :P So got home and edited pics and was gonna blog haha. Then Andy called and we talked till 10.30 and by then i was too tired to continue :P Hmm hope everything's alright in Tekong!! Okay i m v needy hahaha.

SOOO THAT'S ALL FOR NOW :) I shall blog about today another timee :) I just resumed work today and i'm going for dinner at my aunt's house soon!! SO YEAP. CYA SOON THEN :)
