Week 11 & 12

HI FRIENDSSSS. Gonna make this quite brief HAHA. Wanted to blog really long ago but it's hell week!! :( STILL NOT DONE with all of my projects. Left with LTB report and Stats presentation omg....can't wait to get it done and over with then i can mug for finals haha. Anyway here goes!! I'm too laser to put the dates so i shall indicate the event instead :P

LASER TAG

I played laser tag with my family not too long ago!! IT WAS REALLY FUN. I went with my siblings, mom, cousins and my cousin's gf! My cousin's gf didn't play though haha cause she was feeling tired :P Haven't played laser tag in so long omg i forgot how tiring it is :O

SOOO we went in & they briefed us on the first round! There were 3 rounds in total! So the first is like a "free for all" kinda thing, like there are no teams haha you just try to get as many points by shooting people. It was so scary OMG. Like everyone is everyone's enemy HAHA it felt like some war zone. 

Then for the 2nd and 3rd round there were teams!! 2nd round was a base game. Like you have to destroy your opponent's base! HEHE IT WAS FUN. But we got a little confused at times cause it wasn't v clear when the base was destroyed! Each person is allowed to destroy the base twice haha. So once you're two kills are up you have to get another team member to try and destroy the base!! & LOOK WHO WON HEHHEE. WE'RE BLUE TEAM. My bro got 1st for the first round so he was allowed to choose our team colour haha.

MOVING ON TO THE 3RD ROUND. Haha my mom didn't play after the 1st round. This is us strategising for the last round :P

BEFORE WE WENT IN AGAIN. 

WE WON AGAIN SIA HAHA. The next game was quite different! I'm too lazy to explain but basically we had to shoot certain targets haha and everytime you shoot it it will turn into your team colour. So you have to make sure that as many targets as possible are in your team colour cause for every 15 secs a target is blue/red, that team gets 100 points!

One Sunday evening

My bondue friends came over for dinner!! :D Cause we're going to Bali haha then my mom was hesitant about letting me go at first cause she doesn't really know my uni friends! So they decided to come over and meet my mom HAHA. 

FIFA AGAIN.....

Hehe Remus & Ode came first followed by the rest!! WE PLAYED CARD GAMES AND HAD PIZZA. Haha damn sad though my mom forgot she had to attend my bro's church dinner LOL. So she barely got too see them haha but i think they still left quite a good impression on her!! :) But yeah it was just nice that we could all meet :D FULL ATTENDANCE SIA 7/7. Too bad we don't meet as often as we used to :( But nvm hopefully the Bali trip will make us even closer than before :D

LTB

LTB has been exciting cause my group has gotten quite close and we're almost done with all our projects!! HEHEHE. But i will really miss working with them :(( They were all great group members!

SO THE PREV LESSON WE HAD AN ACTIVITY. Every group was given the same amount of straws and scotch tape & we were supposed to build a carpark with at least 3 storeys!! For every storey we make & every car we fit in we're awarded a certain number of points. Then the egg thing is a "water tank" & if you can build that you get points too!  So the model which can accumulate the most points wins! HEHE & GUESS WHAT WE WONN. Omg we win every class activity sia. No joke. Cause usually the group presentations will have a point system also & the winning team will get a prize. & for all of those presentations we won :O HEHE SO PROUD :')

We took this awhile later but just putting it here first!! :) I look a bit awkward though HAHA OH WELL. But i still like this picture :D

SURPRISE PICNIC :)

It was just a normal bookout day, Andy and I didn't really have anything planned! We were just at his house and i was doing work haha. Then suddenly he told me to faster finish my work cause we'll be going somewhere later. I was like "huh where??" then he didn't wanna tell me haha. So i knew he planned some surprise but i didn't know what was the occasion & what exactly we were gonna do :P He just kept saying "don't ask & don't expect too much" HAHA. Turns out it was a surprise picnic!! TO MAKE UP FOR VALENTINE'S DAYY. Cause we didn't get to celebrate it cause he was sick :( So he said he would make it up to me but i totally forgot about it haha. So YAY even though it was way past Valentine's Day it was still really sweet that he kept to his promise :)

Hehe we walked to Kallang River & sat somewhere at the grass patches! :) So thankful that there wasn't a lot of people & the weather was ON POINT. Hehe so we set up & started enjoying our food :D Andy made sandwiches for us while i was napping HAHA.

What a pretty picnic basket :') I feel bad cause i didn't compliment it when i first saw it HAHAHA then everyone else started telling us how pretty the basket is so i was just like "oh ya actually it's v nice" HEHE OOPS.

IT WAS NIC'S BIRTHDAY. Hehe we planned a surprise for her tgt with Hugo!!

At the start of the day i had my fina LTB presentation!! Haha i personally thought she didn't do v well LOL. Like our content was meh and we were too gimmicky imo. I was damn scared sia but apparently prof liked our presentation so that's a good!! :) She said she could tell we did the best we could haha so she doesn't have much criticism. I enjoyed listening to the other groups present too :D

Then i went to meet Andy!! Could only meet him for a v short amount of time cause i had to go for Nic's birthday dinner!! SIGHHH he booked in the next day :( Forever not getting his full off sia. At least we still met :)

Haha i think this thing really quite scary tbh :P Anyway if you noticed i'm using YouTube to post my videos cause there's smth wrong with blogger -.- It's all privated on YouTube though haha so you can only see it here :D

So i rushed over to Esplanade to meet SNSG & Hugo!! Too lazy to type everyone's names hahaha. Omg but i didn't know that Esplanade isn't really at Esplanade MRT wts. Turns out it's nearer from City Hall!! We were surprising her at Supply & Demand so i tried getting there from Esplanade MRT but i was lost in the basement for damn long?? ZZZZ. In the end Hugo didn't check with us whether everyone was present & just led Nic into Supply & Demand HAHA. I WASN'T THERE YET :( Ah well haha she kinda knew that we were surprising her alr anyway :P 

We can't believe she thought we completely forgot about her birthday!! :/ SIGHH at least now she knows we won't ever forget again :) Even if we don't meet or talk as much and stuff we'll always remember 4 v important dates :D

YAY it was so nice for all of us to be tgt again :D but it seems like we'll only gather for birthdays though :( Oh well haha. I didn't realise that they've never properly met Hugo till then! Haha cause everything felt so chill and comfortable LOL so somehow i had the impression that we all hung out before :P Anyway so after dinner Sher had to leave so the rest of us went to Swensens so Nic could get free ice-cream :D We could choose 4 scoops! So we all shared haha so shiok omg. Yeap then by then everything was closing so we quickly left :)

Bondue Welfare!

I think it was the day after Nic's b! I met Joy at 11ish to queue for Bondue Welfare :D We got free Makisan YAYY. I thought we'd get the full roll though but it was only 4 pieces haha. Nvm lah better than nothing, we got Tori-Q & croissant too anyway! :)

Hehe we went to the library benches to enjoy our food then not long after Chong hui joined us!! :D I felt like taking pictures cause i think snaps are a bit....showy haha idk. Like i feel v 'showy' when i take snaps but when i just take pics for my own personal use then i feel like it's more real! SOMEHOW. But i will still use snapchat lah haha nothing wrong with it.

We talked for awhile then i had to rush off for a group meeting!! We should all hang out more :D

OKAY THAT'S ALL FOR NOW. Told you it'll be brief haha. I'm really feeling v drained from projects and omg. Ytd was horrible cause the prev night i got v little sleep (cause of my stupid stats project) & i had MC EP in the morning!! Which didn't go too well :( but it's okay lah i really shouldn't be overly concerned with grades. I mean we definitely should work hard and all but it shouldn't be causing you emotional trauma/excessive stress LOL. Sometimes there are just better things to focus on! YEAPP. Haha alright i think i shall go now! :) GLAD I BLOGGED even though it's brief. Hehe cya soon!

Andy's birthday celebration + March updates!

HELLO I AM BACK :D Hehe looks like i'm making time to blog after all! :) SOO i shall blog about Andy's birthday and random stuff that happened haha. Not much has been going on lately but it's just been a pretty stressful month overall :O Cause of work and samba and random stuff...haha but i will push through it (muscle arm) SO HERE GOES.

March 3, Thursday

So it was Thursday and i had A LOT of things on!! Firstly, STATS MID TERMS. Next, COBURG AUDITIONS and lastly, Andy's surprise!! Haha i was only looking forward to the last part of the day but sadly i didn't manage to get enough sleep the prev night cause i couldn't fully enjoy myself either :/ But it was still great to see everyone :D I was just really happy that i could bring everyone tgt to celebrate Andy's birthday!! :)

Thankfully both stats and the coburg auditions went alright :) Hehe soooo, I asked Andy to come and pick me up after my auditions then i brought him to MBS!! Idk if i've mentioned this on my blog but i'm just gonna say it again haha. SO BASICALLY, my grandfather redeemed a two-night stay at MBS so he let us have the room! :) I only needed one night so i picked 3rd :D Hehe yeap it was completely free so i thought why not just use it for Andy's birthday right. So that's when i suggested it to Ws, Keyun and Raymond & from there we asked everyone else!!

Andy had no idea where we were going he kept asking me random questions like "are we taking the downtown line" "are we going to Chinatown" "we're not going back to my house right" LOL HE TOTALLY DIDN'T EXPECT IT. When we got to MBS he was a bit confused cause i told him that i didn't spend a lot on him yet we were at the hotel lobby HAHA. Had to stall him for awhile and finally i could bring him up :D

Omg i forgot to ask people to send me the vid of us surprising him :( Haha i just remembered it LOL. NVM THERE'S NEXT YEAR :P HEHE SO SURPRISE SUCCESS!! At that point Raymond wasn't there yet! Ws and Nicky went to buy dinner for us so it was just Sammi, Ky, Yh, Shinta, Andy and I! Haha Andy was the only guy at that point LOL. Hehe we just chilled and played cards then awhile later Raymond made his appearance!! Hehe so thankful that he came all the way for this :D He almost didn't come cause it was his sister's birthday?! We felt really bad to ask him to still come lol but he did eventually :D 

When everyone was finally tgt we ate then took pictures!! :) 

KY LOL. Also, YH AND WS LOOK LIKE A COUPLE. So we had to keep taking till they looked like ordinary friends HAHAHA.

Shortly after Sammi had to leave!! :/ But at least she came hehehe i almost didn't ask her cause i was afraid things would be awkward (won't elaborate further), BUT IT WASN'T YAY :D

THEN MY LEAST FAV PART STARTED. Hahaha sigh i really don't like alcohol but when it's with the right company it feels right even though physically i feel like shit :P We didn't drink that much thankfully!! Honestly no matter how much i drink i will look damn red so yeah but we really didn't drink a lot haha. YAY.

Drunk kid in the corner. Haha we stayed up till 3ish?? I tried going to sleep earlier cause i was really so exhausted and i still had lesson the next day WTS :P But no choice there was no better day haha. So i wish i could've stayed up later to play games with them but i had to sleep lah. In the end Keyun and Nicky went home cause Nicky drove haha and there wasn't enough space anyway!

The night felt really short but everyone was happy :D Most importantly, Andy enjoyed himself! SO YAY TO MORE AWESOME BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS :)

4 March, Friday

WE WOKE UP AT 6+ & I FELT LIKE DEATH. But i was still happy haha. Obviously only Andy and I woke up and we were really tired :P Didn't get to have alone time or anything so we decided to squeeze in some time to go to the infinity pool!! :) We had two room keys and each card allowed access to one person so we went! 

IT WAS SO FOGGY THOUGH. Hahaha oh well. NEXT TIME WE COME AGAIN :D

Haha sooo i went for class & that was about all! Met them again for a quick lunch and immediately went home to crash haha. 

THIS IS THE SAME DAY. Guess what i had Open House rehearsal!! After napping at home i had to go back out. SO TIRING OMG :( Afterwards i still had TWC meeting if i remember correctly!! And finally i went to Andy's house to meet him before he booked in. I was just.....completely EXHAUSTED. BUT THANK GOD FOR GIVING ME STRENGTH AS ALWAYS (MUSCLE ARM). 

5 March, Saturday

My brother had a late birthday celebration with some of his friends!! :) I CAN'T BELIEVE HE IS 14. HE STILL LOOKS LIKE A KID SIGH. But technically 14 is considered a teen alr!! Haha he is gonna be taller than me soon. That's damn crazy but i guess it's inevitable! At least he's more mature now :D

6 March, Sunday

So i signed up to perform for Open House and yay not regrets!! I did find it a burden initially but i think i really enjoy performing lah haha so i realised that i didn't mind that much after all :P (ps poor phrasing sigh) 

I quite liked my make-up that day!! :) My mom helped me draw eyeliner hehehe. 

So before reporting i met GRACE FOR LUNCH!! YAYYY IT'S BEEN SO LONG. We had lunch at Kith Cafe :D We were quite pressed for time so i think we totally forgot about taking photos haha. Just spent the entire time catching up!! :) IT WAS SHORT BUT MEANINGFUL :) Okay by short i mean like 2h but after not talking properly for so long 2h is really short!! Hehe the food was great too so yay it was really one of those times when i could thank God for good food and even better company :D

SOO i left for samba and the annoying thing was that they made us report at 1.45pm if i'm not wrong but our performance time was only 3h later?! It's not like they assigned time to prac LOL it was just to like put on face paint and stuff -.- Such a waste of time sigh. Nic and I were just playing each other's instruments hahaha. I learnt how to flip!! :D Not good at it but it was fun trying haha. Then we got bored so we decided to walk around!! :)

YAY LOVED MY FACE PAINT. Hehe i wanted this design since samba camp?? But everyone chose more artistic ones so i conformed LOL. So since this was just a casual performance i decided to paint it :D 

WE WENT TO GET BALLOONS. The popz girl kept stopping to talk to random friends hahaha she bumped into a lot of people!! Sigh why didn't i see any of the drama juniors :( Ah well haha. 

So lucky that we got a photographer to help us take this pic hahaha she's from the SMU Admissions team?? She asked us to hold their signs and let them take a pic of us too!! The picture turned out so nice haha but i think they didn't post it on their page :P

Then i bumped into De Zhong!! He's my bondue faci btw haha. And he wanted a pic so why not :D Speaking of bondue camp i signed up as a faci with Toly!! HAHA LOL i really didn't wanna go at first cause i'm legit not an outdoor person but everyone were like persuading me to go so i succumbed SIGH. Haha i decided to just go for it and leave the rest up to God :D The interview was pretty nerve-wrecking, we prepared a dance for them hahaha but in the end they asked us to do a lip sync duet or smth so we just improvised :P Haha it was an interesting experience!

SO FINALLY IT WAS PERFORMANCE TIME. I look quite retarded here but i shall just post this cause i have no other pic to post hahaha. IT WAS FUN :)) Not many people were around but i still enjoyed it haha. Funk was damn messed up though?! WE MADE SOOO MANY MISTAKES. Okay not bells but, other sections lol and it really threw the whole band off :P Haha so maybe it's good that not too many juniors were there??

POSTING THIS FOR FUN. This was during our TWC break haha. Some updates on TWC, we're finishing up our final project!! :) We submitted our report alr but have yet to present on it haha. I'M EXCITEDD HEHE. Very proud of this group because we got an A for the prev presentation and apparently it was the only A he gave out of all his three classes :O I don't really know how we stood out but i hope we'll do well for this next project too!! ;)

9 March, Wednesday

BOOK OUT DAY :D Andy's schedule is so weird now sigh :( He's always out on Thursdays/Wednesdays/Tuesdays and i'm damn busy on Tuesday and Thursdays :( AH WELL. But he just changed his schedule so yay!!

Haha so as usual i went to his house and we bought our fav chicken rice :D

Waited so long for the chicken rice i got really bored so i started snapping HAHA

OKAY SO THAT'S ALL FOR NOW. I actually have more to blog about but i started on this quite a few days back then i kept procrastinating LOL. So now i actually have new things to blog about but i think i'll save those for a later post!! Haha i think it's really so important to take time to update omg. I know i say this A LOT haha oops. But as my TWC prof always says (can't believe i'm quoting him), we shouldn't keep chasing grades!! I mean they're important but other stuff are important too haha. So yeap to me, having smth to look back on and doing some self-reflection is important :D Alright i'll def take time out to blog again soon haha. The sem is getting damn busy though haha and i have to really push myself to work harder! Like just do my best now and then i won't have to worry so much about my grades during the hols :) THEN I CAN FINALLY JUST RELAX. YAYY :D Haha okay i shall go now!! Hehe cya :)
