POLKA! IV

OMG I TYPED SUPER LONG JUST NOW AND EVERYTHING DISAPPEARED BECAUSE I CLOSED THE SCREEN, BLOGGER USUALLY SAVES IT BUT CAUSE OF THE NEW THINGY EVERYTHING IS GONE!! I'M AM SO PISSED I SPENT SUCH A LONG TIME AND WAS GONNA WATCH TAPE. Now i have to spend like an hour typing everything all over again, waste my previous efforts and delay watching my tape?! FREAKING HELL THIS IS HORRIBLE BUT I WILL DO IT BECAUSE I WANT TO. 

SO POLKA! IV WAS YESTERDAY! I thought it was awesome and there was so much joy! Yes i cried, of course. But i didn't cry as much as i had expected. I'm DEFINITELY sad  that i'm graduating, we all were but somehow the atmosphere wasn't that sad it was really more of joy. I was disappointed that Pearl and Sotong left so early, we didn't even get to talk and didn't take photos, but that's alright i guess! Anyway, i was really overwhelmed by the support of my family and friends, that's for sure! :) Haha i received flowers for the first time during a concert! So here are the photos, enjoy them then. I don't mean to post so many photos my myself it's just that almost every photo has me in it haha. This isn't all, they're kind of all over the place cause they were taken by different people. All thanks to Ms Zee not allowing us to bring cameras haha. Will post them as soon as i get them! :)

CAN'T FORGET THIS. Love all the GIFTS, LETTERS AND FLOWERS! Gosh all the letters were so touching why is everyone so kind! 

I THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZING. I love how BONDED my section is, i really felt it today. I cried a little bit, but that was it. (i teared a little more while Sang Ah hugged me though!) Like while we were on the way there in the bus, during the whole thing and while coming back WE WERE JUST SO CHATTY AND HAPPY HAHA. LOVE FLUTES, I'M A PROUD SL :) Didn't spend much time with the comm this concert, sad to say, i will miss the comm A LOT too!! I do feel like crying sometimes. I keep feeling the tears coming but somehow they don't ACTUALLY come. I will generally miss the feeling of being in band. I didn't feel this sad when i left band in primary school, i wonder why! Anyway, i know almost after every band practice, when i blog i always tend to mention MY SOLO. So did it go? I was really happy that everyone said it was awesome!! I was so surprised by the audience's reaction! My classmates were like telling me how professional and great it sounded but i actually didn't play it that well! I mean i know for myself since i was the once playing it haha, i could've played it better but obviously no one really noticed. You know Si Yi said her friend told her that the flautist very POWER and asked her to tell me "I SALUTE HER" lol. Ms Chong told me GOOD JOB too! I'M REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF! :) (said without the intention of being egoistic haha) I reached home at like 12, slept at 1 plus and woke up at 12+ today!

OKAY. So what happened today that i could only blog at this time? YIMI TOOK ME SHOPPING AT ION :) Bought a pair of shorts plus a top at Uniqlo, happy about that haha. We ate then rushed back for tennis! Dan didn't go cause he was lazy lol, so we met him and Dolly at Shaw plaza to watch THE WRATH OF THE TITANS! Gosh why isn't it THE HUNGER GAMES?! I still haven't watched this, annoying i really don't like this. HAHA, the movie was not bad, but it didn't really leave much of an impression on me. SO NOW I'M HOME. Still frustrated cause everything i typed previously was deleted. This is definitely shorter than what i typed previously, quite sure i left out quite some points :( Now everything sounds so awkward, doesn't flow at all i hate it. But there's nothing i can do now. Was supposed to watch tape like half an hour ago, but now it's 12 and i can only watch now. HAIX. WHY AM I SO DEDICATED TO BLOGGING?! DON'T KNOW, GONNA GO THEN, BIO TUITION TMR :) CYA :D

I should totally be sleeping now it's 11 oh no we're supposed to be in bed by 9.30 and fall asleep by 10 hahahah. Was sad today because it's out last practice, but i decided it can't be helped. GOING TO ENJOY THE PERFORMANCE TOMORROW. Hope i don't cry too much though! Omg i didn't even study for EMATH TEST tomorrow, not one bit! Was busy writing letters and i only wrote FIVE WTH/!? That's how long i take! Cause i wanna mentioned most the things on my mind i don't feel good if i leave out too much! Don't know if you get what i mean haha. Will continue tomorrow if i can or at worst, i'll just give some people on another day :( WELL, I'M JUST SO EXCITED! Did i mention that my aunty is crazy over this guy?? He's Hee Jun Han from American Idol, he's korean haha. The thing is, HE IS FOLLOWING MY AUNTY ON TWITTER!! Lol she uses that account JUST to tweet him and it's not even like her name or her photo (HER DP IS OF ME). He is only following 57 people while he has 86 THOUSAND OVER FOLLOWERS! WOW AND HE CHOSE TO FOLLOW HER ACCOUNT, THAT IS AMAZING! And according to her she's the only "individual", like the rest of the people he's following or either other celebs or GROUPS. SO SHE IS SUPER HYPED NOW, WOW.

Okay what a long account of what happened! I shall talk about other things now :) WE DIDN'T HAVE A TEST TODAY :) I WAS REALLY HAPPY HEHE. Got back BIO TEST, i didn't do great but i would say it's okay considering that my score is higher than average!! :) I'm worried for Emath test because i REALLY will not have the time to study for it tomorrow, i'll be SUPER busy making cards and stuff for our last performance :( I KNOW IT WILL EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING BUT I WILL STILL CARRY ON WITH IT! Yeah, if not now then when? :( TIME REALLY FLIES, now i really don't feel prepared to step down. Actually i know i'm prepared at all, MENTALLY THAT IS. Wonder what my section feels about Nicole and I graduating, i don't really know. Okay, POLKA WILL BE IN A DAY AFTER IT REACHES 12 WHICH IS REALLY SOON. Last band performance? I alr told myself that i'm not gonna join band in JC, but after almost 10 years of being in band idk if i can just let it go like that. We'll see. I think i wanna write a note to my section for tmr's practice, yeah i will! 

KAY, LET PRACTICE GO GREAT. I will really treasure the time we have as a band tomorrow, and i will embrace the feeling of practicing in a band room because i wanna rmb it even after i leave band!! Alright feeling kinda emotional right now! DON'T WANNA SLEEP YET AHH, BUT I HAVE TO. I AM EXHAUSTED. I reached home at about 9 today, that's night time while I was walking home i could totally see the moon!! HAHA YEAH, that's cause we had comm dinner! :) And band ended rather late today. I can't believe i'm graduating in like 2-3 days. I really can't, Polka is all that has been on my mind lately. I just can't stop myself my thinking, i keep trying to predict what the day will be like! Like whether or not our juniors will cry for us and what kind of atmosphere there will be and whether i'll find it a good or bad day. And whether i'll leave band satisfied with what i went through the past 3+ years. Really difficult. Just now i told the comm that i ever regretted joining Flute Section, how would things be different if i joined Saxophone i really don't know. ANYWAY I WILL NOT THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. There's not much i can do but wait IN ANTICIPATION. I KINDA LOST THAT EXCITEMENT, trying to find it back! Yeah.

Anyway we had AMATH TEST today, i knew how to do all the questions, and i did all of them except for like 2 parts? Those which i did i'm quite confident of, but i'm not sure if i made careless mistakes because i rushed through the whole thing, especially towards the end! So i seriously hope i didn't because if i did, i could do quite badly! Whatever but i'm happy that i studied for it last night :) So that's why i could do most of it :) NEVER GONNA STOP WORKING HARD. Okay the only piece of homework i have for the day is English, just a few questions, will quickly finish it up and GO SLEEP. No sleeping at 12+ this time i'm truly exhausted! HAHA KAY BYE :)

JUST CAME OUT TODAY!! :D SUCH A HOT SONG WITH SO MUCH SWAG, NO 1 SONG ON ITUNES RIGHT THERE! First time i heard it didn't think it was much, second time onward and now i can't stop listening!

GOSH JUST CAME HOME LIKE WHAT, AN HOUR AGO? Cause of photo taking haha, gonna be our last band photo taking :( I was excited to take COMM PHOTO! YEAH. Anyway we had SS test today, it was horrible haha i didn't even know anything about Al-Qaeda! JUST MADE STUFF UP, as everyone else did lol. Amath test tmr and i'm so much more hopeful and i so will study for it! Lol i REALLY couldn't bring myself to study SS yesterday haha, i studied more today? Like during our 2 free periods of amath, thank goodness Mdm Yeo wasn't around! LOL. Anyway, it's 4 days to POLKA!! STILL FULL OF EXCITEMENT, BUT MIXED FEELINGS ALTOGETHER. Okay i'm happy that i'm stepping down yet i'm also sad that we won't be considered as band members anymore :( And i won't be able to see my section and the comm (as in during band). Excited to let everyone hear my solo but i'm afraid that i won't play well! WELL, I'LL JUST LET THINGS TAKE ITS COURSE. Okay gonna go now then. MUST STUDY!! HAHA CYA :D

BEEN EATING A LOT LATELY!! GONNA TURN WAY FATTER IF I KEEP THIS UP. I didn't know that your stomach can expand until during geog, sooo glad i found out haha!

OKAY I HATE HOW I'VE BEEN SO UNFOCUSED AND DISTRACTED BY SO MANY THINGS THIS WEEKEND. At first i felt accomplished cause i studied A LITTLE but i didn't study SS! Lol can't bring myself to study it i'm sooo annoyed with myself! Well, the main reason why it's harder for me to study SS is cause i don't have my tb!! Reading it off the computer screen is completely different from reading it off the textbook. The productivity is like 10 times lower, when there's like a million things to distract you! AND IT INCLUDES BLOGGING. If i weren't blogging now i could be studying, yes totally. GOSH. Anyway Sotong stopped by my house today to finally collect tickets, now i really can't wait for Polka! :D I think the core reason why i've been so unfocused is cause i've been thinking alot about our concert! I don't really know what awaits. Like i can't really imagine the atmosphere? I don't know how sad and all it's gonna be really. Because it's our last concert and i rmb when it was Sherry and Natasha's last concert, everyone was crying super badly! But i'm not too sure about this time. SHAN'T THINK TOO MUCH (as i always tell myself), okay gtg study! BYE! :)

FEEL SO NOSTALGIC LISTENING TO THIS! We played with so much emotion omg, i almost cried while playing! It just makes me all excited for POLKA! Hope i don't cry while we play our last piece, haha.

I don't know what to say about band today! It's our last Saturday practice omgg. SO FAST! The last time our batch performed for Polka we were only sec 1, still in junior band so we only got to play 2 pieces haha! Anyway i'm just really looking forward to performing now :) Especially cause i know my family and friends will be there to support me!! :D LOL SOUNDS SO CLICHE. So we practiced in the hall today, okay finally organised when to get up from seat and stand in front, i thought i would be really terrified but the feeling was okay! Except today i was just facing an empty hall on the day itself i'm gonna be facing a lot of people. Hope it's the case of them being able to see me but me not being able to see any of them haha, as in i hope it'll just appear DARK to me! HAHA YEAH. Okay i haven't studied everything for amath and ss, actually not at all for ss lol. I left my textbook at home how pathetic! Nic had to whatsapp me the pages of the tb lol. Okay no one would know but i'm actually taking FOREVER on this post because i keep watching videos in between and going up and down to grab food! YOU HAVE NO IDEA, HAHA. The title of the post is just to emphasize how late it is haha. So today was e-learning! I didn't do Chinese i feel like such a terrible student gosh, will do it as soon as i can kay! YEAH. Had amath tuition once again, ahh integration is so annoying but i think i'm getting better at it haha so i shall keep practicing! :) ANYWAY CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S SEVEN DAYS TO POLKA!! Okay not 7 anymore it's 6! GOSH. Tomorrow i going to be the final Saturday practice for the sec 4/5s, i'm not sure how i'll take it. I just hope that everything will go smoothly and we'll just keep practicing hard and stuff. I don't feel like we're prepared i find everything kinda rushed but that's okay, I'M SURE THE CONCERT WILL TURN OUT GREAT :D I LOVE HOW ALMOST MY WHOLE FAMILY'S GONNA BE THERE! So i sold 10 tickets right, they're for Mummy, Daddy, Sylvie, Dan, Yimi, Min, Popo, Pearl, Sotong and Grace! :D Oh and i got one extra ticket for Katie too, so it's actually 11! Yeah, gotta pass Pearl and Sotong the tickets!! HAIX. MIGHT meet them tomorrow? Except Pearl is not replying my messages, SO TYPICAL OF HER!!

Anyway, i realise i haven't been posting as consistently lately. IDK WHY, but it's definitely not cause i'm less keen on blogging or anything like that. Just don't have as much time? HEY EVERYONE! Almost fell asleep on the sofa just now, rather tired but i kinda wanna stay up later cause TOMORROW IS E-LEARNING! :D YAY NO SCHOOL :D I know exactly what i'm gonna be doing this weekend which is to study for amath and SS! I particularly wanna do well for Amath lol, i think i can do it! :) Yeah, lessons today were alright, there were a lot of lessons haha but they weren't to0 draggy. Funny thing happened during band today, Ms Chong asked me to sing Rolling in the Deep! YES THAT'S THE SONG BY ADELE. Cause we're playing that song and she wants someone to actually sing?? Omg must be my section that set me up while i was away helping Ms Zee with the Polka ticketing stuff. I DID sing, but i couldn't really hear myself, don't think Ms Chong did either, I'M SOOO NOT SINGING! Haha i faced like the back cause it was too weird. Anyway i really don't know what to say about my solo, been standing up to play it for the past few times, wouldn't call it great but Ms Chong says it's okay if i miss out on a few notes. Cause not like anyone would know lol. Our tutor was sitting right next to me while i was playing it, felt a little pressurised but i managed i guess! SIGNED OUT MY INSTRUMENT, GONNA PRACTICE REALLY HARD. Then even if i screw up i can say that i tried my best to perfect it! :) Gosh can't believe Polka is in 8 days! That means we're graduating in 8 days wow, seems so fast!

Alright it's like 10 plus, gonna do tuition homework hehe. Still kinda sad that i can't watch the Hungry Games tomorrow :( Alright gonna end off now, ready to start work! :) BYEE!

So it was Nic's birthday! :D Unfortunately she had to go home halfway during lessons cause we wasn't feeling well, hope she's feeling a lot better!! I know how it feels like to not be able to see anything lol. Last night i was busy preparing her card haha, was so thankful that my printer worked and managed to print such GOOD PHOTOS! :D Yeah, so i'm so thankful that it's Wednesday. Feel like napping cause i'm so sleepy, but i'll DEFINITELY regret it after i wake up, it's like that most of the time! SHOULD I? Probably should, though i'll watch tape first haha, there's a new show! And i'm sooo happy that the drama i just finished watching will have A SEQUEL to it! YESSSSS. HEY GONNA MAKE THIS REALLY QUICK CAUSE I HAVE TONS OF THINGS TO FINISH! So here are the pictures from Nic's bday! :) WE HAD SO MUCH FUN YAY.

Basically after tuition which started at 9.30, Nic and I head to ION for lunch! :) Ate some japanese food, i didn't really like it haha, but that's okay :) Then we took the purple line to VIVO, and 'shopped' at Zara while waiting for the other two! :D

So i truly enjoyed this day! :) Hope Nic is satisfied with her sisteenth bday celebration haha, her actual bday's on WEDNESDAY:D Okay i shall go on to talk about today. Didn't really see it as the start of the new term, more like just school resuming! But something made me REALLY REALLY HAPPY AND PROUD OF MYSELF TODAY. I got 30/40 for my emath test! :D Yes it's the one that i was happy about after i took it, so i was shocked when Ms Lum said that the class did badly while i thought it went well. So turns out i really did well! Okay it's not fantastic but it's the first time i got 30 omg, it's like my breakthrough in math!! HAHA :D Oh and Ms Lum commended Luk Ching and I for improving :) Was really happy, couldn't quite believe it haha.

We had bio test, unfortunately it didn't go very well because it was quite hard!! Well i'm not the only one who think so so i guess it's not too bad. Happy that i could answer the question on the importance of meiosis cause we learnt it during tuition ytd! :D Okay that's about it lah, not much happened! HOPE TOMORROW WON'T BE TOO TIRING. I slept from like 4+ till 7+ this afternoon, hmm i think i'm way too fond of taking naps, now i have too much energy yet i don't have time to complete stuff haha. KAY SHALL GO THEN, HAVE PLENTY OF THINGS TO DO. But i can afford to sleep later so not gonna panic :) CYA THEN! :D
