doesn't mean i'm lonely when i'm alone

Watched this musical (Hansel and Gretel) yesterday with my mom, siblings, grandmother, aunty and cousin. It was pretty good! QUITE FUNNY. I just had a huge problem with the person who was playing Gretel, she's damn old!! Her face looked weird cause she wore so much make-up! Hahah i never really knew what Hansel and Gretel was about till i watched this :P So yeah glad i did :)

Went to the salon at Crown Centre to dye my hair with Pearl today!! We both woke up late haha. The appointment was at 11am but i had to call and tell them that we'd be there at 12pm haha. Met her at Coro bus stop and we walked to CC together! Anyway, they didn't have seats that were right next to each other so there was a huge gap between us. We communicated through whatsapp haha. This is pearl looking like she has tentacles yeap, she dyed her whole head. Her hair is freaking long!

I did brown highlights so i had metal pieces in my head LOL. Pearl was laughing at me!! We took quite long to decide how to dye our hair, the lady boss (think she is) was kinda forcing her opinions on us, got so annoying! Yeah but i didn't really listen to her and just went ahead with what i wanted to do haha.

I HAD A MACHINE OVER MY HEAD OMG SO COOL.

We were done in about 2 hours! :) Fasted than i had expected yay. Oh but we were sitting there for damn long (about an hour) before anyone did anything to our hair. Lol we were just texting and i was playing bejeweled. Anyway the highlights aren't that obvious, you can see them better live! :) Anyway, i didn't have enough money in my debit card to pay for it (it was damn ex) so i had to borrow $50 from Pearl! HEHE THANK YOUU.

Okay i'm gonna bring up smth super lame. I'm quite a retard cause i ordered some food from Delifrance and just when i was about to pay for it, i realised that i had no money left! Lol so i had to borrow MORE money from Pearl. Haha imagine if she had left earlier, then i would have to tell the person that i don't want the food anymore omg. 

I'M FLYING OFF TO ITALY IN JUST A FEW HOURS!! THIS IS SO EXCITING OMG. I'm not even changed yet lol, but i'll go shower soon :) As usual, i'll blog whenever possible, hopefully i'll be able to upload some photos too yeah. PROM NIGHT

HI THERE I'M FINALLY BLOGGING ABOUT PROM!! :) This post is seriously spammed with photos! I can't help it we took too many! Plus, i already cut down on a lot of them :( Uploaded more of the photos from Nic's cam cause i bet her album can only be viewed by friends so not everyone can see them! YEAP OKAY. I'll try to elaborate as much as i can! :)

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. Thank goodness they arranged quite a number of activities for us, we weren't just sitting there eating haha. Okay so my mom and i went up to the room at about 3.30pm, shortly after i went down to get Nic! :) I've missed going to Raffles Town Club! When i got there i was like 'omg i rmb the rtc smell' hahaha. We used to go there a lot for stuff like birthday parties, or just to swim! :)

Before make-up and everything.

We were walking around and taking pictures while waiting for Grace and Sher who went later!

Then got went down together to get Grace! Her hair and make-up were already done so all she had to do was to put on her dress haha.

So my mom helped Nic and I with make-up! :)

We went down (once again) to wait for Sher but it turned out that she had to buy battery for her camera and she arrived later than expected!

I put on my dress first :) While waiting for Sher, we decided that it would be easier if she just came up by herself, instead of us going down to pick her haha.


AND SO SHE DID!! Without anyone accompanying her woohoo achievement unlocked! :)

Helping Nic do her hair :) Then we slowly got ready and were prepared to head on down!

Sher helped me tie some curls on my hair cause it looked rather plain!

Grace had to cut her earrings cause they were way too long. She lent me a pair of earrings yay, they stand out more than the pair that i intended to wear!


Divya came up too, was supposed to teach her how to put on contacts but she got her neighbour to do it and i wasn't informed!! Haha so she came to the room too and we went down tgt!

Everyone looked so gorgeous!! :) Was so happy to see some of my friends :) So we started taking pictures with everyone yay!

WE PLAYED BINGOO, each table was given this slip of paper! Haha Esther and I both thought of how we used to play Bingo during class when we got bored!

Turned out that all the slips were identical!! So everyone stood up to cheer at the same time wth. But, there was a winning table and it's the table which had a signature at the back of the slip. AND THAT WAS US!! :) Can't believe we won out of so many other tables haha.

WON THAT BOTTLE OF SPARKLING JUICE :) It tasted quite good i must say! Oh, and we each got a pair of earrings :)

Next game. They listed out 10 items and we had to tie each of these items onto this string, in a knot. It was so difficult!! We were a bit too late, so we didn't win but at least we managed to tie everything onto the string :)

Had to act out an music video haha. I felt kinda bad for the participants cause a lot of people left the room at this point. Tbh it was getting a bit boring but it wasn't very nice of them to leave when something was still going on.

Yeap then other activities were carried out. There was a lucky draw! Hmm there were like 26 prizes, so they started from the 26th prize and so on. Guess what, Nickii won first prize!! INSANE OMG, SHE'S DAMN FREAKING LUCKY. They also showed us a video montage, there were photos all the way back from Sec 3 camp. So there was this photo of me during the camp, i had my hair tied up, fringe pinned and i was wearing my specs! My smile was kinda weird too. Haha i heard people laugh kay (friends lah), it's basically cause i looked super different!! Guess that's good to hear :)

THEN THE INTENSE PARTYING BEGAN! We all went up to the dance floor and started dancing like it was some club!! MASSIVE FUN SERIOUSLY. Even went up to the stage haha!








YEAH, DEFINITELY THE BEST PART OF PROM! I  was literally perspiring!




Then we all came out here to take a class photo! LOVE YOU SO MUCH 4/4 :))

Took more instax while we were out of the ballroom! This was when prom officially came to an end :(


AFTER PROM!! Came in and started doing catwalks like we were models haha, we took videos! IT WAS KINDA CRAZY BUT FUN.

My mom was already waiting for me at the carpark while we were in the toilet, so she fetched me home! Actually played a few games of audi before going to sleep haha. I was damn tired but for some reason i couldn't sleep well :( Was tossing and turning, not even sure if i fell asleep at all. Checked the time only to realise that it was alr 6am, i thought it would be about 3am instead! Hmm i should've fallen asleep for a few hours. Guess what, then i realised that i haven't read Grace Low and Luk Ching's farewell letter to me yet, so i actually got up to read them! Grace's letter was so long, it was really heartfelt and genuine i couldn't help but cry while reading it! Teared up at Ching's letter too, it was too sweet. Hahah so there i was, crying in my room at 6am! SUCH A WEIRDO REALLY. Of course i went back to sleep and woke up at 1 plus in the afternoon! I was aching all over hahah. YEAH THAT'S IT. I'll talk more about what happened today tmr cause it's really late now. TIME TO PLAY AUDI WITH MY DEAR FRIENDS. Cya then! :)
