Hi!! Finally blogging yayy. My keyboard wasn't working today so i couldn't blog :( So i've resorted to using the laptop again haha. Don't wanna wait till tmr to blog cause i don't wanna foget stuff! Hehe so i shall blog about ytd now!! And briefly about today although i didn't do much :P
17th January
So today i went for Andy's award presentation!! He was okay if i didn't go haha he thinks it's lame anyway and was only there to collect his $$ hahaha. His family didn't go so i just went!! I was kinda excited about it haha dk why :P Ugh so annoying cause my brother's award ceremony happens to be today as well!! But for his my whole family went haha so i decided to go for Andy's! :) Hehe met him at his house early at like 11am? His whole family was still at home haha. Talked to them for awhile and at 11.45am we left! The place is literally is 5 min walk away from his house haha, Kampong Glam Community Centre!

This CC is a lot smaller than the one my sister's award presentation was held at! Haha there were wayyy fewer people. It felt a lot more comfortable i guess haha And there was air-con hehe.
We had to sit separately since he's a recipient so we just kept texting haha. The member of parliament took forever arrive so before her arrival these two people sang a few songs for us! They're not bad actually haha but idk the songs they chose didn't really suit them :P Like All About That Bass and Blank Space haha. But still appreciate them performing! :)
AND FINALLY SHE CAMEE. You can see Andy's head in front hahaha. We really waited for quite awhile :O Like more than half an hour haha. But okay she's quite nice!! Like her address was engaging and sincere so i wasn't bored :)
And finally time to give out the awards!! I'm such a spy hahaha. This is what my mom would do for us :P I actually took a long more pics of him but i'm just gonna cut down to avoid the embarrassment.
Can't stand the way he walks hahaha. Okay kidding
They were laughing cause he told her he doesn't know what his award is exactly :P So she patted him on the back later and said "Go find out what award you won" haha
Yay managed to get a pic of this! :) I shamelessly went up to the first few rows to sit :P And Andy kept giving me weird stares -.- Haha but i definitely wasn't the only one!!
And at this point i just went all the way up haha cause all the parents did that!! Hmm we didn't see many people from jc here :O All the award recipients are like primary/secondary school kids haha. So shortly after we left! :) Thank goodness there were only 70+ award recipients. We were kinda hungry even before the ceremony started haha

Walked to Astons for lunch right after!! Managed to share quite a lot stuff with each other haha. HEHE LOVEE THEIR CRISPY FRIED FISH. But it's damn difficult to finish :P
Then we went back to his house!! Here's him feeding Jester hahaha his super cute rabbit! Okay no she's only cute when she stays still and when she eats haha. Other than that she's very feisty (as Andy puts it), haha sometimes you can really hear her growl!
At around 4+ we decided to go down and take a look at the cafes around his house! There are so many omg like 3? All very within walking distance haha.
Took us awhile to decide but we settled for this one!! :) It's very ig-worthy hahaha. But we were only here to snack and have drinks so didn't manage to try their main courses!
I think this is a nice pic haha. It looked really crowded from the outside so quite thankful that we managed to get seats :)

He ordered chicken sausages and green tea!! I tried it haha it's very tasty! :)
And my bandung ice blended haha. Wasn't sure if i should've ordered it at first but when i actually tried it i thought it was not bad!!

Sooo after this we slowly walked back to his house! :) I left at about 6+ cause i had to meet a buyer at 7.15 at Newton! Haha so that was about it. Spent 3/4 of the day with him and somehow we didn't get sick of each other hahaha. That's good i guess? :P
Went home after meeting the buyer then in less than 10 mins i had to go back out for my sister's birthday celebration!! Haha that wasn't her actual birthday! Almost the whole family went yay :) Obviously those who are overseas couldn't be there haha. Didn't take many pictures so yeap these will have to do!
I really like what i was wearing that day haha. I wore this grey cropped top with black skorts!! The skorts are new haha recently got it from another Carouseller. We made a trade! And surprisingly they fit me really well haha. Too bad there isn't a full body pic of myself :( Oh well haha.
OREO CHEESECAKE HEHE. It was sooo good. The food served during dinner itself was good too!! But i feel like it got devoured so quickly haha in half an hour all the dishes were served alr :O Felt really fast!

So that's about it for yesterday!! Haha really happy that i didn't delay this post for too long :) Gonna very briefly talk about today now!
Hmm so today all i did was have lunch with my family at United Square, met buyers and went to the gym! :) We had lunch at the food court hahaha my mom asked us to choose the place while she was parking and we got lazy so we just went to the food court. I think she was a bit annoyed cause she wanted a proper restaurant haha. And from there i took a train to Orchard to meet a buyer and also mail an item!! Ugh so upsetting the buyer saw the wristlet she was supposed to buy and BACKED OUT?! She said it looks different from the pic wts but really there isn't much of a diff?! The colour is only slightly lighter in the photo....And she just decided not to buy after i waited for her for quite awhile. Really wasted my time thank goodness i was there to mail stuff as well! If not it'll really be a wasted trip. Kinda traumatising to have experienced that actually :/ So yeap mailed a dress out (to a much more reliable Carouseller) and then i went to take a look at Factorie hahaha. I've been going there so often :O Ended up buying a dress haha.
Went home and still felt kinda depressed over the whole issue. The buyer was apologetic about it but it's still rude to just decide not to buy on the spot, Oh well. So after talking to Andy for awhile (WHO IS IN BKK NOW) i decided to head to the gym!! Wanted to cheer myself up haha since exercising will release endorphins which will make you feel happier! IT KINDA WORKED :) I was satisfied with myself cause i felt like my stamina improved haha and i ran slightly further than usual on the treadmill! (not very far lol) Haha so yeap!
Afterwards i met the same buyer i met the previous day at Newton!! I am sooo bad at refusing people i let her buy 4 tops for $22?! UGHHH. Before i left the house i kept telling myself "ONLY $24" but i failed miserably :( Cause she kept pushing it but in a nice way? Somewhat haha. So it was difficult to refuse :( I told her i can't sell so low next time though!! But anyway it's just for fun haha. I shouldn't stress myself over Carousell! Hehe so yeap that just about concludes what i did today! ANDD IT'S 12 NOW :O Probably gonna look at clothes online before sleeping haha. Hehe so cya then!! :)
