Updates + POP!!

Helloooo :) Haha i'm back! Haven't blogged in awhile sorry! Kinda lazy lolol and i almost didn't wanna blog today haha but if i don't i know i won't blog tmr too :P Hehe so here goes!! I'll make it quite brief :)

9th April

Met Nic to do our waxing treatment at Musee :) Before that i had an appt for my spin again and it was alright!! Like she said that my condition isn't as bad as it seems :) So the pain will go away soon hehe. 

We ate at Itacho first!! :) I asked her to meet me a little earlier cause i didn't wanna go home after the appt then go back out haha. Hehe her first time trying i think.

Then we sat there for quite awhile and just kept talking haha. Yay she could finally update me!! Hehe then we finally went for the treatment :) It was pretty okay i guess but i didn't know that it wouldn't be clean right away :P So i was kinda shocked when i saw that it wasn't fully clean hahaha oops. Apparently the hair will just drop off in two weeks' time! But that's quite awhile :O So for now i just have to bear with not having clean pits hahaha okay this is weird. 

 Yay after the treatment ended we went to grab dessert at Nana's Green Tea! Hehe mine was not bad but Nic didn't like hers :( And since i was planning to have dinner with Grace, Nic joined us and she just tried her luck and asked her. AND GUESS WHAT, SHER COULD MAKE IT :)) Hehe so it was like an impromptu reunion haha. 

Haha then Nic and i just kept talking and didn't wanna leave even though we were done :P Hahaha when we finally decided to leave we took the train to Somerset! :) Hehe then met Grace and Sher at Orchard Gateway! 

 ATE AT SUPPLY AND DEMAND :)) It was really good!! Although i kinda regret not ordering the bigger portion haha cause i was still full from dessert so i ordered the "tasting" portion. But it was too small :( This is Nic's btw haha.

Yay this was mine!! It was really tasty but too little :( Oh well haha.   

SO YUMMYY :) It was pretty pricey though haha but worth it in my opinion! :)

Had so much fun talking and reminiscing about secondary school days!! I really really miss St Margs :/ Hmm i guess it sucks that i'll never be able to experience it again but i'm thankful for all the memories :) So yeap really happy that we met!! 

Ordered this to share!! It's called "disaster in a jar" haha it was seriously not bad! :) Although we had to pay more in total cause of this but i didn't really mind haha.

Then we walked out and headed to Ion i think haha but we ended up just sitting down somewhere and talking!

 Stayed here for awhile and talked about our usual stuff! Sorry idk how to elaborate hahaha cause i'm damn tired and this was awhile ago :O BUT BASICALLY WE HAD A GOOD TIME :))

10th April

Didn't do much this day!! Went to see the chiropractor again :) And the treatment was pretty shiok haha. I wanted to meet Grace for dinner at Wheeler's so we could visit Nic but she couldn't make it :( So yeap i planned to just pack a little for HK and prepare for the SMU interview!

Had lunch with my mom and her friend after the treatment :) 

Can't rmb what this place is called haha but they have pretty good gyozas!! It's one of those small restaurants in Ion's basement haha.

So yeah i just went home and did almost nothing HAHAHA OOPS. Hehe then Grace called me at about 7 and asked me if i was home! Her dinner ended early or smth so she wanted to come over to talk!! :) Since we didn't really get to catch up the prev day haha. Hehe yeap and she did :D Spent damn long talking haha and it was really nice!! A much needed catch-up session :) She left only at 10pm haha so i quickly went to bathe after that cause the next day's POP!! :) (and my SMU interview :( )

11th April

 I couldn't really sleep the prev night! :( Slept at maybe 12+/1am haha and woke up at 6am! The plan was to meet Joy and Weilin at Esplanade Mrt then walk to the floating platform tgt :) But Joy didn't pick up any of our calls hahaha so we figured that she was still sleeping and had to go without her :( I was kinda scared that we'd be late cause Andy's parents are always on time haha and i had to meet Nic too!! So yeap. Ended up meeting a few of Andy's other classmates! :) Funny how we all didn't know how to walk lol....so i panicked for a bit haha but eventually we got to the place on time and i found Nic and his parents!! SOOO we all went in tgt :) 

The place looked really nice and photo-worthy hehe so i couldn't help but snap a few pictures!!

SG CAN BE SO PRETTY :O Okay but the weather was shit lol hahaha i was sweating so much :( 

It didn't take long for the parade to start! :) Haha when the army guys started marching out i was like "okay no way am i gonna be able to spot Andy" and before that i still thought that we had a pretty decent view but i thought wrong :P HAHA NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

The parade itself was nothing much imo :P Hahaha sorry Andy (cause they practiced so much for it). But it was still fun to watch!! :) 

AND THIS WAS THE BEST PART. I felt really happy for them!!! :) Haha started going down to find Andy almost immediately. Yet we took forever cause there were just too many people :O We gave up using the steps and decided to just step on the chairs to get down :P 

 And finally found him!! :) His company was all the way at the back haha LOL. And yes the place smelled horrible omg i almost died from that sour stench.... it was just damn bad haha but i was more amused than disturbed by it :P

With Joy and Welin!! Joy still made it in time yay :) As in she came halfway lah haha but she still made it! 

Yay and pic with the smelly boy <3 okay at this point i couldn't really smell him lol cause the whole place just smelled bad hahaha. 

Hehe :) I've been saving this dress to wear on POP haha lol. I have the same piece in white so i'm trying to sell that off now :P And it's damn common :O  

Didn't stay long!! He didn't find anyone else haha cause he was damn tired so yeap we just left :) Hehe so happy that i went even though i had to get up damn early :P Even though it really stunk the atmosphere was really good! JUST FILLED WITH EXCITEMENT. If only we met more people haha but nvm lah. I didn't get to say bye to Nic but she was quite far away anyway :( Haha so we walked to City Hall and took the train to Lavender!

Went to his house and waited for him to bathe! Then we went down with his family for lunch!! :) A really early lunch haha it was more of like breakfast for me :P 

So after going back up we rested for awhile longer then it was time for me to go for the interview :( Andy went with me!! Thanks for the moral support yay :D I was kinda nervous but at the same time i wasn't?? Okay i think i was nervous about the fact that i was feeling quite chill haha.  (i stopped last night so continuing with this post now!)

Sooo the interview went alright! :) Idk whether it's safe to call it "good" haha cause i'm not sure what they thought of me :O Haha not gonna have high hopes though. But it would be nice if i got in :'( It was funny cause when i went into the holding room (a pretty small room) the first person i saw was a girl for SA haha. And when the room was completely filled there were like 4 people inside who are from SA??? Hahaha so weird. And fish was one of them!! My classmate hehe. It was quite fun talking to the other 5 people in the holding room haha. Helped me feel less stressed :) After that we were brought into another room to read the article, then we had 15 mins to discuss with the people around us! So i discussed with two other girls and one guy, two are from AC then the last one is from NJ haha so i was a bit intimidated at first lol. But they're really nice and easy to talk to! :) The the 4 of us along with another 4 people entered the same room. And the professor just kept asking us questions haha. I was kinda nervous lol cause i was damn scared that i wouldn't have anything to say :O But the article was (thankfully) quite easy to understand so yeap i managed to say some stuff!! Most of them talked for pretty long so i got a bit bored halfway hahaha oops. We spent damn long in there :O Andy had to wait for me for like 2 hours!! SORRY :(

When i finally came out i was like damn happy to see him haha like finally a familiar face?? IDK HAHA. So i told him all about it then we walked to Bugis to find food hehe. His interview is on Monday!! So it'll be my turn to tag along and just wait haha.

Had cheese fries at yellow submarine!! :) SO YUMMY YAY. The last time i was here i couldn't eat a single french fry cause i was sick :( So i just watched Nic finish the whole thing on her own haha. Ps i had to crop this pic cause the original photo is of Andy trying to eat his cheese fry which is really unglam (according to him) and forbidden from any social media platform hahaha

Decided to take a selfie here cause the lighting was good and in case i forgot to take later (which i did hahaha) We just walked around i think! Wanted to watch this movie but most cinemas weren't airing it :( So we just decided to go back to his house and rest! Andy was really damn tired haha. Who wouldn't be after marching for more than 24km :O 

Wanted to take a nap cause i was damn sleepy so yeah i did haha. And surprisingly Andy napped too!! He doesn't usually take naps but i think he was really dying :O We got up like one hour later? I woke up first and saw that he was still sleeping quite soundly haha so i didn't wake him. Eventually his mom woke up him up cause it was time for dinner! So yeap had dinner downstairs and this fish soup place and it was reallly gooddd :) I feel damn paiseh cause his family is forever paying for my meals :P Okay must invite Andy for dinner/lunch more often haha.

At about 8pm i left! He walked me to the mrt station and guess what otw there we saw PEARL AND NOAH!! Hehe it was really nice seeing them cause we didn't get to meet at all during POP!! :) I was just talking to Pearl and Andy was talking to Noah haha. He said that he's friendly!! THAT'S GOOD HEHE. So yeap then we left :) They were heading to Golden Mile for dinner haha. Went home and wanted to crash but then we had to plan our itinerary for the HK trip! So we skyped with Joy they all haha and it was quite fun. We came up with a rough plan alr :D Okay i didn't do much lol cause while they were talking i was like editing pics + typing out this post haha. Hehe yeah that's about it. Shall go now then!! Meeting Andy for Sunday Folks and later today we're going for a bbq with his sec sch friends! :) PRETTY EXCITED. Hehe bye then :)
