fulfilling weekend

HII I AM BACK. Shall blog about my weekend at today!! :) I apologise if it's too brief/boring haha Andy keeps complaining pshh.

24 July, Friday

Went for my first Inspirar BV!! BV stands for beneficiary visit. Yeap so i went back to ADRC and i didn't know anyone there haha. Ended up making a friend! She's called Yan Lin haha thankful that i got to talk to her throughout the BV :) Basically you had to attach yourself to one elderly and do the resistance band exercise with them! Then with the same elderly we started playing games! They have this score sheet thing haha so cute. Every time they earn a point i'm supposed to draw one star on their score sheet haha. So yeah i ended up drawing a lot of stars for my elderly :P Cause after awhile i was too lazy to focus on the game alr so i just drew stars and random points hahaha. 

Super lucky that i got attached to the friendliest elderly!! Okay idk how friendly the rest are haha but she's really friendly lah :) It was v easy to communicate with her even though my Chinese sucks haha. Really hope i made her day better! Haha at the end of it they announced who got the highest number of points and it was my elderly??? LOLOL. It could've been cause i accidentally drew too many stars HAHAHA OOPS. Damn amusing omg but she was happy yay!! But she isn't the type to get annoyed/upset when she loses haha so yeah even if she didn't win first she'd still be happy lah :)

Soo after the BV i went for my sister's Speech Day!! Which meant going back to St Margs :')

SMARTY PANTS. I just know that she's gonna do really well for Os haha

Honestly miss so many things about St Margs...it was just such a comfortable environment. Uni culture is kinda weird lah but i guess i just have to accept it since i can't change it! 

Then i met Andy for awhile!! FINALLY YAYY :) Really missed him!! Even though i didn't see him for just a few days haha. It's all the social interaction lah. Quite draining :/ Suddenly don't feel like i'm the type who REALLY enjoys making friends. It can be quite a tedious process sometimes haha

Making this smaller cause my face is horrible haha. I can't remember what we did but we had dinner tgt! :) Had lor mee at the hawker centre below his house hehe. IT WAS REALLYYY GOOD :))

AND LAST EVENT FOR THE DAY: SURPRISING SHER! Hehe we went to her ballet class at 10pm to surprise her after her ballet ended!! Met Nic and Grace and Orchard first then we went there tgt :D I got the balloons and Grace got the cupcakes! :)

She was really shocked hahaha. YAY her ballet teacher helped us take this :)

LAST GROUP PIC. Cause we just weren't satisfied haha. Yay love you loads Sher :)) Glad we managed to do smth for her! Cause her bday was on FTB day 1 :( So we really couldn't celebrate for her on that day lah. Then her dad dropped Nic and I off at Raffles Town Club and we went home from there :)

25 July, Saturday

Yay had the entire day to ourselves!! :) We met straight at Bugis to save time haha. Think cause i left the house pretty late that day :P Then we had lunch at 18 Chefs!! BUDGET LUNCH YEAP. The plan was to visit the dog cafe at Bugis Plus then watch Paper Towns!! :)

Idk what kind of face he was trying to make hahaha

Yay then we went to We are the Furballs (WTF) at Bugis Plus!! They only keep small dogs there haha easier to manage i guess! Paid about $10.50 for the entrance fee and we were entitled to one free drink! But didn't expect to have to pay for dog treats too :P Cause if you don't feed them they'll completely ignore you haha. So yeap one packet costs $3 but if you buy 3 packets you get a free one! So that's 4 packets for $9!

There were also two French bulldogs and one toy poodle! One of the French bulldogs is quite aggressive :O I was legit scared of her haha. And yeah she's a girl!

Yay we shall own a puppy one day :D Unless he wants to get a cat but i don't think that's ever happening....

Redeemed our drinks halfway and chilled for a short while before playing with the dogs again haha. We had two hours! Didn't feel that long though :O

Gave her what was left of our dog food before leaving!! Cause this couple was hogging her and duchess for super long -.- Oh well haha. Overall it was a really fun experience!! Hehe kinda wanna go to poodle cafe next :D But it's damn far haha must find a good opportunity to go! :)

Hehe so we made our way to Vivo to catch Paper Towns!! :D 

I didn't manage to read the book beforehand!! So yeah i didn't really know what it was about haha. It looks like a romance movie but it isn't leh. Hehe overall i quite liked the movie :)) It felt quite fast though! But the cast is good hehe. I think i might enjoy the book better! :)

PHOTO-TAKING TIME. Oh yeah forgot to mention, he went home to change first haha and we lepak-ed for awhile before leaving the house!! He changed cause his shirt was quite dirty cause he kept the dog food in his pocket + there was some kind of stain on it haha (not from the dogs). SO YEAP. I personally don't think this is the best pic of us but somehow it's my most liked pic on ig?? HAHA must be cause of all my new followers from SMU!

I was really touched that he agreed to have dinner at Marche!! It's quite ex lah so yeah he asked me what i felt like having and i didn't wanna say at first hahaha. But he forced me to say so yeap i did and we really ended up at Marche! Had to queue for awhile but we didn't mind :)

Selfie after dinner!! I was really feeling quite clingy that day. Dk whether it's my pms or what haha. But yeah after this we took a look at a few shops then went back to his house! Honestly didn't feel like leaving :/ I just knew that i'd miss him haha dk lahh. But yeah he wanted me to leave his house earlier but i ended up leaving at 10+! Had a lot of deep/cheesy talks hahaha i shan't elaborate. He gave me a letter too omg. Just to encourage me cause he knows i don't feel good abou uni :( So yeap my Saturday was well spent!! :)

Met Ws again for brunch!! I thought Yh and St would be there too but turns out they couldn't make it :( Oh well haha i was looking forward to seeing them!! But it's okay there's always next time :D Hehe ate at this cafe called Drury Lane! It's at Tanjong Pagar :)

It's a small and rather quiet cafe! But they serve decent food lah :)

I ordered their eggs ben and creme brulee tea haha. They were both quite good!! :) I impulsively chose the creme brulee tea haha. Cause it sounds unique :P And it turned out pretty alright!! :)

Andy's beef sandwich! Quite worth the price imo :) Tasted quite good too!

Ws' eggs ben! It's with salted egg and prawns instead! I didn't try his lah haha.

Then we had time (cause Ws had to leave at 1+) so Ws drove us to Bugis and we had dessert there!! Settled for black ball :)

Two to share!

Anti-social kids played yu-gi-oh the ENTIRE TIME -.- How exclusive. So i just played tsum tsum hahaha. Then at 1+ we finally left this place and i went to shop for some stuff!

Then as usual we went back to Andy's house for awhile!! His mom bought us tang yuan hehe so sweet :) And she said the drinks in the fridge are reserved for kahyen (Andy's brother's gf) and I and not for her sons HAHAHA. 

I was really sleepy halfway so i wanted to nap lah but eventually i decided not to!! I guess i just wanted to spend more time with Andy instead of just sleeping haha

Clingy me had to take another selfie before leaving :P So he sent me to Lavender MRT and i went to meet Sher and the rest!! 

This time we met for the sole purpose of catching up over dinner!! YAY it was good! Sher had to wait for quite long haha so sorry omg. And i got to pass her her birthday present! :)

My carbonara!! I know it looks super plain but it's actually v tasty hehe. Nic ordered the same thing! :) So we talked a lot hehe and i got to share about some of my camps! Kind of wish that we were experiencing it all tgt and not separately haha but i can't always get what i want lah :P Think we just have to make an effort to meet more often and listen to one another ;) After we were satisfied we left haha.

Then we parted!! Hope we'll meet up soon although that's quite unlikely haha. Then i rushed off to meet my family Dempsey! My cousins are back from UK :D So even though i had dinner alr i still wanted to go over and see them haha. AND NO REGRETS :) Got to talk to them about random uni stuff + clubbing haha. My second cousin will be studying in SMU for awhile!! Cause he needs to study for some exam. He'll need it to become a lawyer in Sg haha.

There were too many cameras i had no idea where to look haha. So that's about it!! :) Really enjoyed that dinner hehe. Although i barely ate lah haha. 

Okay i'd love to blog about today but i'm seriously damn sleepy :O Idk why haha this always happens when i blog lol i suddenly get damn sleepy and tired :P So yeap i shall go to sleep right after this haha. Hehe i'll blog again tmr!! SEE YOU :)
