Hi there! So yesterday i didn't manage to blog cause my keyboard wasn't working :( So annoying lol so now i'm using the laptop. Haha anyway, yesterday i went all the way to Punggol!! :O Just to look around and see the waterway haha. HEHE THERE'S A FIRST FOR EVERYTHING. We felt so far away from civilisation haha.
Took a bus to Little India then met Andy at Boon Keng!! It was about 7 stops to Punggol from there? Haha the journey wasn't THAT long. Then from Punggol we took the LRT!!
IT'S SO CUTE!! HAHAHA i was so surprised when i saw it like huh so small?? Haha it was my first time taking it lol. Took it to Damai and otw there i couldn't help but notice how the place is so sparse!! Haha like just HDB flats all over and Andy kept wondering whether there's a shopping mall but nope, didn't find one the entire time haha.
So yeap after alighting at Damai we walked for a bit and found the waterway!! :)
It's so polluted :(( Oh well haha. Here we were seriously wondering how to get down cause there weren't any stairs or whatsoever haha. We ended up walking down the hill!! Haha it's on the left of this picture! I was quite scared that we'll tumble down lol but okay we didn't :P
When we got down and walked under a bridge, just as we stepped out of it, we both saw smth flash across our eyes. It was lightning :O And the next second there was thunder omg so we quickly ran back to the bridge hahahah. Andy was damn scared of the lightning :P Okay i'm scared too but i guess the chances that we'll actually be struck are really low so i wasn't too concerned haha. IDK. Stayed there for awhile cause when we wanted to go back out again we saw another streak of lightning. It was soooo near us!! THAT WAS PRETTY SCARY.
Finally we went out and it started drizzling a bit haha but okay it was just a drizzle!! Stayed in this little shelter and took some pictures hehe :)
We continued walking while sharing an umbrella haha, and stopped once in awhile to take more pictures! I really felt like we walked A LOT haha. But i didn't mind cause it was really nice and quiet :) And cooling!
If only it was brighter the pictures would be nicer too!

We were beginning to walk back alr cause there wasn't an alternative way out. Then we started hearing a patter and in the next two seconds it started POURING. OMG LOL. We panicked hahaha luckily i alr had an umbrella in my hand so Andy quickly took his out and we quickly went to a nearby bridge for shelter!!
JUST LOOK AT THE RAIN :( You can't really see it from the picture hahaha but it was really damn heavily :O This was under the bridge haha we stayed here for awhile then went back out when the rain was lighter!! UGH ANNOYING WEATHER. Walked for awhile and finally found the LRT!! It was a different station haha cause we were too far from Damai too walk back alr. We were damn tired but happy haha the experience was kinda fun :P

While walking to the LRT we saw a rainbow :)) It's not very obvious haha but still!! IT MADE ME REALLY HAPPY haha i felt like it compensated for the shitty weather.
Hehe took the train the Buangkok to get some food!! Then we took the train to Dhoby, Andy headed home and i went to look for Grace! We met for dinner haha she was out with her friends before that!!
Ate at one of the shops in the basement haha, i just had mee siam didn't feel like eating anything fancy. We had fun telling each other about our day :) Okay but i wasn't really full after eating haha we went to have dessert!

This was right in front of the MRT station haha. So yeap that's about it, Grace said i looked really tired so i just decided to go home!! Hehe still enjoyed myself :)
I'm probably going out for lunch with my family later haha. My mom's busy packing all our stuff for our Japan trip now!! I GUESS I SHOULD HELP :P Haha we'll be away from the 5th-18th! Pretty long i would say. I'm not really sure why we're going to Japan again since we just went last year and the rest of my family just went last month -.- Really wanted to visit US this year but oh well guess that's not happening. I shan't question my mom haha. Okay shall go now then! Hopefully my keyboard starts working again soon :)
