Hey so i attended a wedding ceremony today! It was my mom's close friend who was getting married, we call her 'Joanne Jie Jie' and i've known her since young and everything cause she worked in my parents' company for a long time. Sylvie was the flower girl while Dan was the flower boy hahah. Two other pairs of flower boys and flower girls though! Okay there are not a lot of photos but i'll just put up what i have anyway :)
Right so we went to this nearby salon at Crown Centre to wash/blow our hair, it's supposed to for Sylvie only but Mummy just asked me to go. So yeah there's me and my lightly curled hair, i trimmed it too but the only part of it that's significantly different would be my fringe! I'm happy about that cause i was getting quite annoyed with it haha.
Getting ready and stuff, the theme of the wedding was light blue btw!
I'M LOOKING SO TALL IN HEELS WOAH. They were comfortable yet i found it hard to maneuver in lol. Anyway, i wanted to wear this same dress that Nic wore to Katie's part initially (my mom happened to buy the same dress), but i realised that i looked damn ugly in it, so i changed my mind!
The petals on the rose that Sylvie was holding kept falling off LOL
Outside the chapel. It was the first time i attended like an actual wedding ceremony (to see the bride walk down the aisle and everything), usually it's just wedding dinners!
THEN IT STARTED YAY, all the bride grooms and bridesmaids came out first! Omg they are sooo cute, i only found out that they were twins when my mom told me lol! Hehe they looked like they had NO IDEA what was going on, which was probably why their mom had to walk with them.
Second pair, apparently they don't know each other so one of them cried during the rehearsal when they were ask to hold hands! Aww man haha, my sis told me that.
SIBLINGS, too bad Sylvie's taller than Dan!
I told Sylvie not to slouch and what did she do?? She STILL SLOUCHED :( Hahh oh well.
Then Joanne came out! I could tell that she was on the verge of crying, like trying to hold back her tears and stuff. Idk why at this point i actually teared up! (did not expect that to happen) It was just such a heartfelt moment.
LOVELY WEDDING DRESS. They played "The Prayer" at this point, i love that song!
This was right after the exchange of vows and everything, yeap they were then officially married! The whole proccess was like so perfect, cause they're both Christians there was worship and everything. Then their best friends went up on stage to give speeches and they themselves said a few words, thanking their friends and family. It was a really beautiful wedding!
After it was over we went down to get food!! Idk why but i was super hungry.

There was so much food! Dolly actually took some home LOL. Okay i don't like how chubby my face is :( Whateverr. Then Mummy drove us home! It was 5 plus by then and up till now i'm still thinking about everything that happened during the wedding! Hmm it just gave me a lot to think about. Well finally i'll just say that i think the couple is amazingly blessed, really!
OKAY IT'S 12 PLUS NOW. I actually slept at 12 plus last night, but it's not happening this time cause i took an afternoon nap till 9pm just now :/ HAHAH I WAS SO TIRED. Tomorrow Pearl and Sotong are coming over and we've decided to STUDYY. I really need to study cause i clearly lack the discipline to study properly on my own. I'm looking forward to going back to school, that way i'll be forced to study and i won't feel that life is that boring :) Well i don't think i'll be going to sleep anytime soon, i felt sleepy yesterday night but now i'm feeling quite awake. This is not very good :( Well nvm then, kay shall go now. Byee :)
