Heyy! So Rachella, Divya, Katie, Grace Chia, Min Li, Ruo Han and I went to watch the NDP Rehearsal yesterday! :) Overall it was fun however the parade itself was quite disappointing! It wasn't very entertaining, the fireworks weren't that stunning and we didn't really get to sing! :( OH WELL. It was still fun cause, i mean how often do you get to watch the NDP with your friends? :) SO HERE ARE THE PICTURES :) Couldn't upload all because there were simply too many, everything will be up on fb though! :)
We met at the Esplanade MRT at 3.30pm. I was MIA on whatsapp obviously cause i didn't have my phone, but yeah i could still text Divya haha. This is outside the Esplanade, as we were otw to the stadium! :)

SUCKY THING WAS, IT STARTED TO RAIN :( It wasn't very heavy, however it was still annoying and i felt so gross after awhile! Thank goodness they provided us with ponchos which were in the fun pack!
We had to sit on the steps because some umbrellas in front of us were blocking our view, aww man.
I HAVE TO SAY THIS WAS THE MOST BORING PART OF ALL. They kept announcing all the PMs, and whatever, but the actual ministers didn't appear, they only had the simulations. So guess what we got so bored that we resorted to playing chopsticks! Haha it was between Grace, Rachella and I. And we were laughing pretty loudly cause Rachella was going all like 'OMG LEE KUAN YEW, I'VE NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE.. ', that kind of stuff ON PURPOSE. Omg it was hilarious!

This year's National Day song is called 'Love At First Light'. Omg it's not very nice. These two people sang it and their lip syncing was terrible we soo caught them mouthing the words wrongly!

And it came to an end! I have a feeling they cut down on the fireworks and some other stuff, cause it rained and the fireworks are really costly!

The parade ended at about 8 plus? So we decided to grab dinner at Marina Square because we only had like snacks which we took from the fun pack. It was really late so my mom was telling me not to go home too late!
Met Wen-Yi at Marina Square because she just ended her dance. Then we couldn't find ANY seats the the food court so we ate at Pizza Hut! Well, after queuing for quite awhile.
Min Li and I shared these drumsticks and a seafood pizza! TASTED GREAT :)
THE BILL, GREAT JOB GUYS. Katie, Min Li and I left before the rest did. That's cause Katie's parents were giving us a lift! They dropped Min Li off at some bus stop at City Hall. I asked them to drop me at the Sr Margs but stop but instead they sent me all the way home, omg thank you so very much! :) It was 11 plus by then oh gosh. Okay i certainly left out a lot of photos on this one. Like many of the instax as well as some pictures from Instagram! But i'm just too lazy to upload them now, i'll probably do so tomorrow! And i'll also add some photos to this post tmr!
ALRIGHT SO I HAD TUITION TODAY AND WENT TO SOME ROAD SHOW. Cause my dad's company was there, wow they sold like 27 cars in just that day! And Daddy keeps comparing his company to some company called Replubic smth lol. Jill, Joanne jie jie and Yimi were there too. (you don't really need to know who they are, i just wanna rmb who was there!) Dan didn't wanna go cause he wanted to play with his friends, AS USUAL.
Haix i'm so sad that this weekend is over. I really dislike Mondays. Oh gosh i really need to be more focused, i'm SUPER unfocused, i hardly study!! :( Well and i keep blogging. So it's not like i don't have the time but i just can't bring myself to do any work. There is smth seriously wrong with me. Okay shall go now then. I really hope that i can get my back my phone tmr!! I MISS IT ALR :( HEHE, BYEE!
